Custom Team Uniforms for Every Sport

Set one club standard first, then let each age group pick from it. The crest, colors and number style stay the same from the youngest team to the oldest, and each team orders only what it needs.

A kit standard by age group

• Youngest teams (about U6-U10): one jersey set, shorts and socks. Players grow fast, so plan on new sizes each season.
• Middle ages (about U11-U14): home and away jerseys in the club colors, shorts, socks and an optional warm-up.
• Oldest and top teams: home and away sets, warm-ups and travel gear, on the same crest and number style as the younger teams.
• Coaches and staff: a polo or quarter-zip in the club colors so families can spot them.

Write the standard on one page: club colors as shown on your approved proof, crest placement, number font and size, and where names go. Share it with every team manager before anyone orders.

Numbering across teams

• Collect jersey number requests with sizes at registration, so nobody retypes them later.
• Keep one club number list: player, team, number and size. Two players on one team can't share a number; players on different teams can.
• Leave a few numbers open on each roster for late adds.
• Use the same number font and height on every team so a reorder matches.
• Some leagues set rules for number size, placement or color contrast. Check with your league or state association before you lock the design.

Reorders for new players

A player who joins in week three needs a jersey that matches. Before the first order, ask how a reorder works: the same design file, the same colors, how long it takes and whether there's a minimum. Keep the approved design, the size chart and the number list in one shared folder. Secondslide has no order minimum, so you can order late additions and replacements as you need them.

What to check in an outfitter

• A proof of every piece, with names, numbers and colors shown, before you approve.
• How they match your club colors, and whether a sublimated jersey and a stock brand item will look the same. They may not match exactly, so ask to see both.
• The delivery date in writing, counted to the day items arrive.
• Minimums for the first order and for reorders.
• How a single-piece reorder works, how long it takes and who keeps the design file.
• Who you call when a size is wrong or an item is missing.
• Brand choices, if some teams want a stock Nike or adidas item instead of full custom.
